By using mapleapp.co.uk or the Mapleapp affiliate network, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Mapleapp provides an affiliate marketing platform connecting advertisers and affiliates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Applications may be approved or rejected at our discretion.
4. Affiliate obligations
Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, offer terms, and our quality guidelines. Prohibited traffic includes fraud, incentivised clicks without approval, and misrepresentation of offers.
5. Commissions
Commissions are calculated according to offer settings and platform records. We may reject or reverse conversions that do not meet quality or compliance standards.
6. Intellectual property
Mapleapp branding, software, and content remain our property. Offer creatives and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapleapp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
